After securing a European bailout plan, you've announced a referendum and decided to leave it up to the people of Greece to decide whether or not to accept it?
Like the majority of the population is going to sign on for another round of austerity measures. Isn't it obvious? They'll reject it outright. Why burden themselves further?
Ofcourse, most of them won't be able to fathom and/or comprehend the after effects of such a decision.
